EcoFund Council

The EcoFund Council formulates the Foundation’s policy lines, approves its annual financial plans, accepts annual reports of EcoFund operation, as well as appoints and recalls the EcoFund Board. The Council approves allocating financial support for individual projects.

The EcoFund Council consists of representatives of Poland and the donor countries. The Chairman of the Council is appointed by the Minister of Environment and the other Council members are appointed by the Minister of the Treasury as the Founder.The Chairman of the Council is Professor Tomasz Żylicz.
